It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with an extra-long 210 cm bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a comfortable topper in the living room. The apartment also includes a living room with TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a modern shower, a washing machine and a separate toilet. The windows are equipped with external roller shutters, which provide extra privacy, room darkening and help reduce direct sunlight during hot days. Two free parking spots are available in a nearby parking area, about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The parking spots are located within the same parking area, but they are not directly next to each other. Tram and bus stops are just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get around Prague by public transport.
Other Details to Note
Guest registration and city tax As required by Czech law, we need to collect guest details for guest registration. Foreign guests are registered with the Foreign Police. The city tax is 50 CZK / 2 EUR per person per night and applies to guests aged 18 and over who are not registered as residents in Prague, regardless of nationality. It is collected upon check-in. Noise and location Please note that the apartment is located on a busy street, close to public transport, with a pub below the apartment. Some traffic noise and occasional noise from the pub may be heard. No air conditioning The apartment does not have air conditioning. During hot summer days or heatwaves, it can get warm inside. Fans are provided, and the windows have external roller shutters to help reduce direct sunlight.
