No Smoking Indoors Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the hallway. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please use ashtrays and keep the area clean. Throwing cigarette butts or ashes over the railing is strictly forbidden. A €200 fee may apply for indoor smoking or improper disposal. No Parties or Extra Guests Parties or unregistered guests are not allowed. A €100 fee per unauthorized guest may apply. Serious disturbances may result in cancellation of the stay without refund. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or verified disturbance may result in a €100 fee per incident. Pets Pets are not allowed without prior written approval. A €150 cleaning fee may apply for unauthorized pets. Cleanliness Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess, food waste, or unwashed dishes may result in a €50 extra cleaning charge. Coffee Machine Please fill the coffee machine only with fresh water. Do not use milk or any other liquids, as this can cause damage and require professional cleaning. If this happens, a €30 cleaning fee will be charged, or if the machine is not repairable, the full replacement cost will apply. Housekeeping Closet The closet marked “Housekeeping” is for staff only. Please do not access it. Check-out Time Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may result in a €50 fee. Stays past 12:00 PM may be charged the full nightly rate. Smart Lock and Keys The apartment is equipped with a smart lock. Inside the apartment, press the round button on the lock – it will lock or unlock the door depending on its current state. When leaving, simply close the door and press the arrow on the keypad outside – this will lock the door. Your personal entry code remains valid throughout your stay. Physical keys can be used during your stay if needed, but please leave them hanging on the hook inside the apartment upon departure. City Tax In accordance with Prague regulations, all guests must pay a city tax of 50 CZK or 2 EUR per person per night. Damages and Liability Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Any damage, stains, or broken items must be reported immediately so that we can resolve it quickly and fairly. Unreported damages may result in an additional charge based on repair or replacement costs.
