No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the hallway as well as in the garden. If you need to smoke, please go to the main street. A €200 fee applies for smoking in the prohibited area. No Parties or Extra Guests Parties or unregistered guests are not allowed. A €100 fee per unauthorized guest may apply. Loud gatherings may result in cancellation of the stay without refund. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A noise monitor is installed in the apartment. Noise complaints or verified disturbance may result in a €100 fee per incident. Pets Pets are not allowed without prior written approval. A €150 cleaning fee may apply for unauthorized pets. Cleanliness Guests are expected to leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess or food waste may result in a €50 extra cleaning charge. Housekeeping Closet This closet in laundry room is for staff only. Please do not access it. Check-out Time Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior agreement may result in a €50 fee. If guests stay past 12:00 PM, a full night's rate may be charged. Key Return Keys must be returned to the hook at check-out. Lost or unreturned keys are subject to a €100 replacement fee. City Tax In accordance with Prague regulations, guests must pay a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night.

Shared garden: If you would like to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast outside, the shared garden is available for you to use. Laundry: A shared laundry room is available upon prior arrangement for stays of at least 7 nights. Common hallway: The apartment is accessed through an older, not-yet-renovated common hallway.
