The city tax amounts to 2 €/50 CZK per person per night. Registering at the Foreign Police Department is obligatory for any foreign person staying in private accommodation such as Airbnb, etc., pursuant to Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Territory of the Czech Republic. You may smoke in the inner courtyard – please use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A €200 fee applies for indoor smoking. No Parties or Extra Guests Parties or unregistered guests are not allowed. A €100 fee per unauthorized guest may apply. Loud gatherings may result in cancellation of the stay without refund. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or verified disturbance may result in a €100 fee per incident. Pets Pets are not allowed without prior written approval. A €150 cleaning fee may apply for unauthorized pets. Cleanliness Guests are expected to leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess or food waste may result in a €50 extra cleaning charge. Housekeeping Closet This closet is marked "Housekeeping" and is for staff only. Please do not access it. Check-out Time Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior agreement may result in a €50 fee. If guests stay past 12:00 PM, a full night's rate may be charged. Please follow instructions and return keys to the lockbox. Key Return Keys must be returned to the lockbox at check-out. Lost or unreturned keys are subject to a €100 replacement fee. City Tax In accordance with Prague regulations, guests must pay a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night.

The nearest tram and bus stop is 350 meters from the house, Čechovo náměstí, where tram lines number 4, 13, 22, 97, and 99 operate. You can reach the city center by tram within 15 minutes. Another tram stop, Bohemians, which is 600 meters away from the house, will take you to Prague's Náplavka by tram number 7. Náplavka offers a beautiful walk along the Vltava River with plenty of restaurants, and every Saturday, there are farmers' markets held there.
