1. Guest Registration & City Tax As required by Czech law, all guests must complete a short online registration and pay a city tax of 50 CZK (≈ €2) per person per night. Important: Access codes to the apartment will only be provided once the online registration is completed for all guests. 2. No Smoking Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in the building's hallway. A €200 penalty fee will apply for indoor smoking. 3. No Parties & Noise Monitor Parties, events, or unregistered guests are strictly forbidden. To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We use a privacy-safe Minut noise monitor that measures decibel levels (no audio or conversations are recorded). Serious disturbances or unauthorized guests may result in a €100 fee per incident and immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund. 4. Check-out Time Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may result in a €50 fee. Stays past 12:00 PM may be charged the full nightly rate. 5. Cleanliness & Kitchen Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess, food waste, or unwashed dishes may result in a €50 extra cleaning charge. Coffee Machine: Please fill it only with fresh water. Do not use milk or other liquids, as this causes damage. Improper use will incur a €30 cleaning fee or full replacement costs. 6. Keys & Lockbox Your keys will be in a smart lockbox. Always lock the apartment door with the physical key when leaving. Please leave the keys inside the apartment or back in the lockbox upon departure (detailed instructions will be provided). 7. Damages Guests are responsible for any damage or loss. Any damage, stains, or broken items must be reported immediately so we can resolve it quickly and fairly. Unreported damages may result in additional charges based on repair or replacement costs.

Guest access You will have the whole apartment for yourself. ✓ Easy Entrance: The apartment is on the ground floor. There are only 3 small steps at the entrance of the building, so it is very easy to enter even with heavy luggage. ✓ Self Check-in: You can arrive anytime after 3:00 PM. We use a secure Igloohome lockbox located right at the entrance. ✓ Access Code: You will receive your personal access code before arrival. Simply enter the code to get the keys from the lockbox. No need to meet anyone in person!
